SEMINARS
If you need a large or small room to hold an all day or hour to hour Seminar for your group, email us for availability and info. We boast a 1200 sq ft studio for larger audiences, or a more intimate setting in the Zen Den which is carpeted with comfortable furniture for seating or tables and chairs are available upon request.
HEALING
The Zen Den is a perfect setting for Massage Therapists and other healing arts such as Reiki, Meditation, Kirtan, and Energetic balancing. We have separate changing rooms for men and women and offer tea and refreshments in the lobby. Check the Link for Instructors for rates and availability for the Zen Den.
MOVEMENT
Our 1200 sq ft padded studio with mirrors is the perfect space for Martial Arts, Dance, Yoga, Gymnastics, Kids Activities, and Personal training. Our bathrooms are spacious and equipped with 2 showers each. If you have been looking for a space that is central to Charlottesville and can fit large classes, please inquire here!
