Our Meetup Cville Movement, Meditation, and Mindfulness is on the look out for like minded instructors to share their talents and abilities with Charlottesville! Classes & Workshops all take place at The Seminar Center which offers competitive rates and boasts a 1200 sq ft Movement room with mirrors and padded floors perfect for Yoga, Dance, Martial Arts, or any form of movement. Also available is the Zen Den that can hold up to 30 ppl, great for any style workshop, seminar, or faction of the healing arts.
